Priyn Mobile is being rebuilt as a native app instead of a web view. The rule is that the phone should feel like Priyn, not like a website squeezed into a smaller rectangle.

The first priority is communication. Chat needs small message-sized bubbles, media previews, voice notes, edit and delete actions, typing state, pinned chats, call entries, and clean delivery behavior. Calls should start from the chat, ring in the background, and continue in picture-in-picture when the user leaves the app.

Gallery and files are native surfaces too. Photos need cached thumbnails, smooth infinite scroll, video preview loops, full-screen viewing, downloads, and pinch zoom that changes grid density without losing scroll position. Files stay separate from photos so documents do not clutter memories.

The design target is quiet and capable: a calm dashboard, restrained motion, clean bottom navigation, and the same black Priyn identity carried through every surface.
